Meet by phone or video and follow the document-submission instructions provided by our office. Have your prior-year return, income documents, relevant expense records and any IRS or state notices ready. We will explain the identity-verification and document requirements, review your filing needs and confirm preparation fees based on return complexity. Do not place Social Security numbers or sensitive tax documents in the appointment notes. The appointment is time to review your records and move preparation forward; it does not guarantee completion or filing during the meeting.
